SHIPPING AND BILLING

Mineral Elegance currently ships only within the Continental United States.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

Free shipping applies for orders of $75 or more.

A flat shipping rate of $6.00 applies for orders totaling less than $75.

It is our customer's responsibility to ensure that the address they provide during the checkout process is current and valid, with no errors or incomplete information. Orders returned by USPS as “undeliverable” due to address errors will be subject to additional shipping charges.

Customers will be notified via email when their order has shipped. Typical transit time is 2-5 business days for Priority Mail.

Please note:
Mineral Elegance is not responsible for packages that are delayed during transit due to weather conditions, incorrect routing, heavy mail volume, or any other situation resulting in a delay by the United States Postal Service. While most Priority Mail shipments are delivered within 5 business days, there is no guarantee of delivery by any specific date. Please allow up to 15 business days for your package to arrive after shipment.

If your package has not been delivered after 15 business days from the time of shipment, please contact us. We will attempt to initiate a tracer with USPS. A claim cannot be filed until 30 days following shipment. USPS requires that we receive a signed statement describing the lost order for insurance claim purposes.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Be advised, processing time does not include transit time, which typically adds 2-5 business days after the order is shipped.

Payment Mineral Elegance accepts credit card payments with authorization by PayPal using our secure shopping cart. You are not required to open a PayPal account to use our shopping cart. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please contact Mineral Elegance at info@PureMineralElegance.com for policies and ordering instructions.

Sales Tax

Mineral Elegance is required by law to charge (6.75%) sales tax on orders being shipped to the state of Illinois.

Return Policy

Due to our strict adherence to hygienic standards, we are unable to accept any returns of make-up brushes or opened products. For unopened items, please contact Mineral Elegance vial email at info@PureMineralElegance.com to obtain a return authorization. Samples are not returnable.

If your items are damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately to initiate a return authorization. You will be asked to return all original packaging material, labels and contents before a replacement can be issued.

Product Packaging

Mineral Elegance mineral makeup is sold by weight, rather than volume. Please be aware that some ingredients will vary in weight, possibly resulting in different fill levels in the packaging.

Photo Accuracy

Mineral Elegance makes every attempt to represent products as accurately as possible in photographs. Due to differences in monitor configurations, personal perception, and camera limitations, photographs may not capture the complexity, depth, and tones of mineral cosmetics completely and accurately. Mineral Elegance encourages you to purchase sample sizes, if in doubt, before committing to full sized products.
